My opinion is that this video wasn’t as socking as the skid row, but at the same time it made me feel angrier with humanity than the other video. As a woman, it is awful think that one of that girls selling their body for survive could be me. The girls on the video are young women, full of shame and desire to live. It is disgusting how society tries to ignore them and pretend that everything is perfect. These girls are the future, and in this “profession” ends with their hopes, dreams, and beliefs. It is repulsive to see how men treat these girls. They are seeing as sexual objects. The rooms on the forest, no comfort, the trash bags, the careless with moral; it is all so dirty and painful. This video made me angry not only with men attitudes and moral, but also with these girls. We clearly see that they are marginalized, but they accept it. They may not like, but are still doing and contributing for it. They need to fight against it. The video is very reliable because it shows the women on the street and shows their rooms. The video is very successful on showing how humanity is nothing more than hungry animals.

Best Wikkis Section U1N
*1 place - Jessica
I loved the images that she posted on the firt page expressing the title of her wikki. Also on her about page she writes as she is talking to the reader. She sounds very friendly and curious. The fact of iniciating the "conversation" saluting the reader in another language then later on informing that is the only thing that she knows in Japanase was kind of funny and inesperated. Her avatar looks cool. A college girl that even with exams, assignments, blogs and wikkis enjoy life and has a smile on her face.

I didn't really like her images and the text all colorful. It kinda got me dizzy, but i really liked the idea of the game...wanna know me, click here and find out. Interesting approach and hook up.
*3 place - Ken
I liked the relation of the color of his blog, the description of him on the about and the picture of Bob Marley. He uses strong claim and in my opinion is one of the best wikkis when analyzing the content. Also the picture of Bob Marley made me more favorable to him because I am going to Jamaica next week for spring break and I very excited. This month everything related to Jamaica has one favorable point. =P

Flashing Lights - Kanye West
Analysis by: Rae - Section U1F
When analyzing “Flashing Lights” from Kanye West, Rae explained phrase by phrase of the song. In my opinion it is a strong point in her analysis because it helped the lyrics be clearer and understandable for the reader whose is not familiar with this type of song and language. Also I liked the link that she made between this song and the song superstar from Lupe Fiasco, but I believe that she should have explored it a little bit more instead just state that the songs are similar. This statement is kind of hanging in the air.
A weak point on her analysis is when she does a brief summary of what the lyrics talks about and she doesn’t deeply explain the meaning of it in a larger level. There are no analysis of arguments, claims, appeals, voice, style, color and tone of language, audience and context. The choice for this song was good but the overall for her analysis is that she could have explored the song a little bit more.
According to what was asked in this assignment I would grade her analysis with a C.
